In April, 2009, a "Community Cleanup Day" went on with great sucess.  We distributed new trash cans to all the residents, installed bulletin boards to inform our residents and loaded two trucks full of trash.  There were several games for the kids, including hula hoops, name game and a sack race.  We handed out a lot of prizes, including two $50.00 gas cards from ExxonMobile, two "Dinner for Two" at Tony's Pizza and one month of Condo Fees.  We need to thank Mr. Huges (City Manager) for the use of the trucks, and the following for the sucess of the event:

The Board of Directors would like to thank Leon Walker for all of his time and effort to this community.  Without him, things would be a lot more difficult.  Thank you for a job well done!
